It’s finally that time of year! Time to stash all the heavy sweaters and boots, and get your home ready for warm weather. That’s right, it’s time for Spring cleaning! Being a self-proclaimed “neat-freak,” this is honestly one of my favorite things to do. It leaves a certain freshness in the air, and it always puts a smile on my face knowing that warm weather is upon us.
A big switch in my Spring cleaning this year, is that I will be cleaning with all-natural cleaners. I recently switched to non-toxic cleaners, and fell in love with Branch Basics. This 100% plant-based cleaner works great on all surfaces in your kitchen & bathroom, you can use it for a laundry detergent, and even on your floors.
So, in addition to sharing my new secret weapon for low-tox cleaning, I wanted to share a simple room-by-room check list, and organization tips for this season.

- Start your cleaning day by opening your windows and letting some fresh air into the house.
- Introduce more house plants and flowers – This will help keep the air inside your home fresh and clean, and bring a smile to your face.
